Who we are

This website belongs to Shobit Walia, REALTOR®, a member of Team Shashi Madan at eXp Realty of Canada, Inc., 115 – 7565 132 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 1K5. Personal information is handled in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store anything you type on a server.

To skip the opening animation on later pages, your browser keeps a small note for the current visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The enquiry form

When you press "Send message", the form opens your own email app (or text messages) with your name, phone number and message filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself from that app. If no app opens, the message is copied so you can paste it.

When Shobit receives your message, he uses your details only to reply to you and to provide the real estate services you ask about. Your information is not sold. It is shared only with eXp Realty and Team Shashi Madan where needed to serve you, or where the law requires it.

Other services

The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which can see your IP address. The contact page shows a Google Maps map of the office, which Google loads directly and which may use Google's own cookies. Links to REALTOR.ca, Instagram and other sites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.

Your choices and questions

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent Shobit, or ask any question about this notice. Email waliashobit@gmail.com or call 604-961-6648.
