Overview

Living in Cloverdale

Cloverdale combines a historic town centre with some of Surrey's newest neighbourhoods. Its old main street along 176 Street has heritage buildings, the Museum of Surrey and the Cloverdale Fairgrounds, home of the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair.

North and west of the old town, Clayton has grown into a large, planned community of townhouses, row homes and family houses, with new schools and parks. The surrounding farmland, in the Agricultural Land Reserve, gives Cloverdale a semi-rural feel. Cloverdale also borders Langley's Willoughby area, is close to Highway 10 and Highway 15, and will get Hillcrest–184 Street and Clayton stations on the Surrey Langley SkyTrain extension, scheduled to open in fall 2029.
